Shipping policy

 

When you purchase goods from our Site https://beverleysbooks.com/ hereafter known as the Site), the goods will be delivered through one of the following methods:

  1. ​Digital goods are delivered instantly by an email from BookFunnel to the email address you used at Checkout. If you do not see it, please check your Spam, or if using Gmail, check your Promotions tab.
  2. Print books are delivered by shipping. Print books are shipped by BookVault. Print time is usually 72 working hours. After books are printed, they are shipped.

Average shipping times:

To USA 5 to 7 working days

To UK 1 to 3 working days

To Europe 3 to 5 working days

To Australia (check back for changed shipping times)

You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient if physical goods. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.

 

Deliveries to all EU countries


We ship to customers in EU countries. For all orders shipped to countries within the European Union (EU) with a total value under 150€ (excluding taxes and delivery), taxes and duties will be paid at checkout. This means that the price you see for the item(s) in your cart is the final price you'll pay, and there will be no additional fees or charges upon delivery. We make sure to follow all EU regulations and guidelines regarding taxes and duties, and strive to make the checkout process as easy and transparent as possible.

Refund Policy

Refunds do not apply to the following goods: Digital goods: ebooks and audiobooks. These are instant downloads.

For audiobooks, there is a Soundcloud sample. Listen to it first to see if you like it.

Please choose carefully. Refunds only given if you buy a duplicate item within 48 hours of first purchase in which case the duplicate item will be refunded.

Refunds for physical goods.

There is no return for change of mind. Returns are given for faulty items if you contact us within 7 days of receiving item (according to the tracking).

For refund queries, please email beverley@eikli.com within 7 days of receiving your product (according to the tracking). Please use the subject "returns" and include your name, order number, and reason for return, and photographs of faulty item. If item is faulty, we refund or resend your goods - your choice. We want you to be happy!
