How will my ebooks be delivered?
Your ebooks and audiobooks are delivered automatically and immediately upon purchase by an email from BookFunnel. If the email hasn’t arrived in 5 minutes, look for it in your Spam folder -- or if you have Gmail, in your Promotions folder.
Do you have more than one email address? The book will be delivered to the email address you used at checkout.

Log into BookFunnel with the email you used to purchase/download your books, and you will find your library here:
https://My.BookFunnel.com.
Your library will contain all ebooks you have purchased from BookFunnel from any and all authors.
How will I read my ebook?
eBooks are delivered using Kindle (.mobi and .ePub) and ePub files, and can be read on Kindle, Nook, Kobo, iPhone, Android, and pretty much any other modern device. You can also read them in your browser, or via the BookFunnel app!

What ebook formats do you offer?
eBooks can be downloaded in epub or legacy mobi formats.
How will I be able to listen to my audiobooks?
Your audiobook can be enjoyed via the free BookFunnel app available here: https://getbookfunnel.com/
Or you may listen in your browser or download the audio files to listen in another preferred app.

What payment methods do you accept?
PayPal, Shopify’s own ShopPay, credit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay.
What happens with preorders?
When you buy, you are charged at once by the payment method you select. The book is automatically delivered on the release date by an email from BookFunnel.
